2 hour run

I ran 2 hours today, along the Sumidagawa river. I was surprised that I found it easy. I didn't tire or go into any sort of glycogen debt. BUT since I've been getting massaged I've been aware that my hip is getting worse. I think the massage makes it partially loosened and tender. The running then inflames it. I had to stop and stretch the hip twice today. If I tried to surge I would get a "twinge" in the leg and feel a sharp pain.

I'm going to go to a new masseur - called "Route Vigor" - the guy who runs the clinic massages some top runners and he does proper sports massage, not the silly shiatsu you get at most places here.
