Went for a run...

... yesterday. I ran well, for 30 minutes. I think that riding my bike to work and back is good for my knees. I'm also glad to see that my weight is staying quite low (61kg). My left knee is still pretty bad - but I'm wondering if I should start doing some fast, very short runs - strange as it might sound, this is said to be the best way to get back to running after an ITB injury.
