93 minutes

I didn't do much running this week, so it was nice to get a reasonably long run under my belt. Perfect weather for running today. My left knee felt tight and I have a very tight small muscle just at the bottom of the quadricep (the bottom of the vastus lateralis).

Gordon you are becoming a walking encyclopedia on these muscle names. I looked up a few on Wikipedia. It's kind of fun in a macabre way.

If only knowing the names of the muscles meant I could stop them hurting. Still, it's nice to know the names of my tormentors - Piriformis, Quadricep, Tensor Fasciae Latae et al.
