1 hour fast - feeling good

Had a great run tonight. Belted along for the first 45 minutes, knees felt great. After 45 minutes I got a bit worried that I was running too fast, so I slowed a bit. For the last 5 minutes my left ITB hurt a bit, but not too bad.
